If it was based on a real story the grandson would have been buried alive in the yard while the grandfather would be reliving trench stories about World War II or Vietnam war because he served in both before your parents were born. and constantly yelling that when captured by the enemy we had to crawl out of pits just like this while under heavy fire and without air support. So yea I never seen this movie before.
