In Norway and other Nordic countries, it's common for parents to let their sleeping babies remain outside, even when they go to a café. It's perfectly normal there due to strong social trust and communal norms, urban design that prioritizes pedestrian safety and cultural belief (backed by pediatric guidance there) that fresh, cool air supports better sleep.

it's not F'in normal to put a baby in a stroller in the middle of a damn blizzard. That's definitely an abusive, negligent, and attempted murder or murder move if I ever seen one!!! wtf if hyperthermia does not kill the baby, the freezing corsair they breathe in will damage or give baby aspiration pneumonia or, worse, kill the baby, adult lungs can't even handle freezing cold let alone a baby's lungs! baby's lungs are still developing and very damn fragile!!!!! I used to do this with my baby in NY when the snow was too deep for an outside stroll. But I would put him on the terrace in his carriage but the wind wasn’t blowing like that

OMG!!!! The wind could flip the carriage over or anything could happen. I never left my child unattended in my car or in the backyard. And even inside I had her right in my sight. If I had my baby outside in that weather you better know I’d be right out there with them. This is beyond shocking. I thought it was just a rage bait video until I saw others commenting on it like it was totally normal. Just because others do stupid things doesn’t mean you should.

well while I know this was practiced in Russia and other countries I just didn't know that it is still going on not disagreeing with but not totally agreeing with either by the looks of this with the wind and extreme exposure to the wind alone I'm thinking I would not do it maybe if I lived there and my kids were babies I guess so and for certain coughs it's totally normal to go outside in the freezing cold to open up the lungs and stop the whooping cough but I'm still not sure about doing this at night and the winds... being from different cultures they probably think we are nuts too lol

In Scotland, the prams are left lined up outside the shops. When I was newborn, my mother walked to the local shop, and forgot that she had left me outside in the pram. Of course she was horrified and ran back to get me when she realized what she had done.

Lots of really cold countries leave their children out in the cold when they are young to boost their inmune system . Realy healthy for them , gets use to the cold and not sick like here where we shield our kids because we think its best to protect them so they dont get sick but they are really doing same thing, protecting them by making them stronger againt the cold. Its really a good idea.

Y'all these babies are not cold. Their immune systems are tougher than you all's. most of you can't even step in a water puddle with boots on in the middle of summer without catching a cold.
