It might be a skit ,but this happens in homes,N.homes, even hospitals because I had a personal experience. Iam a nurse my self,as I got off duty I went to check on my mom who had her legs amputated on a specialized unit in my hospital,but privately owned! As Iam walking in the room I hear my mom's nurse fussing at her and see my mom's face she's leaning away from him scared. He was telling her that she needed to get her shit together that he wasn't going to be running interested every 5 minutes like yesterday etc.and then said you understand ME!! Well I came on in the room and raised HELL how he was talking to my mom, told him to leave before I threw him out myself!! Him knowing me from the hospital and worked together some he knew I'd do it . So had to call charge nurse in,made written formal complaint and made them change nurse's. Then slept on the couch in her room to make sure them did it!!! I don't care where your people are you have to check on them 😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲

This is a skit, but a real issue when you place your loved ones under the care of others-- in home or nursing facilities. But real question, how should the staff person handle the client that is violent, mean, or derogatory? Some people are just nasty...even when they are old.
I can’t stand the thought of nobody abusing elderly people and babies I would totally lose it, that person would be in big trouble doing something around me like that THERES NO WAY I WOULD ALLOW THAT
arrest her for elder abuse and make sure she gets a CORI and lose her license and banned from working with the public. I did that to a person who lost her job, her kids, has a CORI and banned from working with ppl in all 50 states. There are severe consequences for her actions and if this is on tape it can be used in the courts

I caught an Aide using my mother's curling iron, hiding it, and walked out of her room with it. I told her I would have bought her one, but she stole my mother's. She my mother let's her use it. Really? My mother told me to let her have it. She was afraid. I told the Aide not to even look at my mother the wrong way, or I would beat her. I said I grew up on the streets of Hartford, Ct, had many fights. I reported her and she was fired the next day.

There’s a lot of home care of people out there. They’re really nice and caring but when it comes to others, they are beating up onl elderly put the other good people gives them a bad reputation. They think that because that person beat up on elderly that all the caregivers are like that, but it’s not so yeah go ahead and start hiding your camera system. That way you’ll know who’s doing what
