Curious as to valve stem installation / replacement & balancing... To protect an inner tube (on a tubed tire), bicycles use a "rubber band" to protect the tube from accidental spoke puncture. I"'m guessing what this video is showing is how a tubeless Rim is sealed for tubeless tire useage.
