It’s against the law. You need a warrant. It’s personal property. She’s just doing her job.

this cop cannot draw blood from anyone. the nurse was doing her job. by not allowing you to do a blood draw. she's not going to lose her job. you have to get a warrant to draw blood.

So technically, this is kidnapping Folsom present forgery and retaliation in all four of those that I just listed or a legal federally meaning that they broke federal law so where’s the repercussion for these officers besides the slap on the wrist?

because you're literally not allowed to arrest a random nurse for not doing anything. she's literally telling the douchbag the 3 legal ways to do a blood draw.

I know the feeling, went to court once over a down payment for a home. in court the realtor said judge I've been selling homes for over 25 years and bla bla bla. The judge said I don't care, what your doing is illegal 👍🙏

She was by the book. She read them rules in drawing blood from patients. Arrested, Patients concent, or warrent. Patient could give consent, they didn't have a warrant and they were arresting the patient so.... why is the nurse now arrested for following the guidelines?? I really hope she sued.
