Listen hitting your parent back in my day could be lol death sentence or get kicked out well at 13 I thought I was grown enough to talk back and my mom put me out too.. however I did have a friend to stay with so I did 2 days then went back apologized and so grateful I did because 6 years later she died from breast cancer what if we hadn’t made up because of me being selfish instead we became prayer partners I accepted Christ 2 weeks after she did we prayed together This girl is spoiled see the Bible says you spoil the child you spoil the vine to become rotten 🤔

At 15 years old our son told me he wasn’t going change his shirt. His shirt had cursing on it, and he push me. Yup, I gave him a good whooping. I called my retired Marine husband. He said. I handled him when he got home and left work early. My husband gave him a good whooping and threw all his games, Television and radio out the window. After he broke everything up. Only thing left in his room was a bed and dresser. Best part hubby made our son go outside, and clean and sweep everything up. Clean the backyard. No phone calls for a month. Other punishment for two months. He had to write a report, no tv watching in family or sister rooms. His grades improved and no more of these issues. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔😲😲😲😲

My son called the cops because his dad slapped him. He was flabbergasted when they refused to arrest his dad when they discovered it was open-handed. Our son was 14 or 15 at the time. The deputy told him if he had talked to his parents the way our son had, he would have been whupped. The boy's mouth just gaped wide open!

I have a very Hilary Banks sort of daughter. she called the police on me and her mother because my wife had Oreos in our room and she ate shared hers with her friends. when the cops got here they said to my princess oh man those are nice shoes are those Jordans? her response: um yeah the cop asks who bought those for you her response: my daddy. cops: oh your hair is done up nice who got that done for you? her response: um my daddy. the police told us to give her two outfits a week to wear. I'm telling you for a child like ours it was torture. my wife bagged all her clothes shoes flat irons all her lip gloss randomly. my wife had four glad bags full and my wife made our daughter but back each bag for 25bucks. we haven't had anymore police calls and this punishment was way better than being grounded.
I don't condone a child hitting their Mom but laws here state a parent cannot hit a child either. The Mom should have been arrested. The child was defending herself.

Great job I am so tired of these kids feeling that they are abused when they’re getting taught a lesson when they choose not to hear their elders. What are they gonna do when they go out to this world and have to be told you need to pick up the trash and put it in the bin and you’re getting paid for it. What is the kid gonna turn around and hit them? Yeah something needs to be done so proud that this cop did the right thing.

I'm retired after working since I was 14. My last job I worked 31 yrs. My 12 yr old grandson got mad at me because I told it was time to do his chores. ]ut away the clean dishes and take out the trash. He yelled at me and told me why should he because I don't do anything except sit in my room all day and yell at him and his sisters. I told him I'm retired and I don't have to DO anything if I don't want to as I earned that right. Told him I pay half the rent and utilities to help keep a roof over his head. Told him wait till your dad gets home. He said what. my mom and dad agree with me. I said just wait. I called my son and told him what he said to me. He got home and gave him a dressing down. He's sorry he said that to me.

My son hit me when I was trying to enforce rules for missing the bus. The bus comes past our house twice! I got mad and said if you miss the bus then you are arriving late for school. He got mad because he plays basketball with his friends in the gym before class so he got mad and hit me and took my keys and phone so I won’t call the cops He called the cops and said I was trying to kill him with my keys. The cops gave him a ticket for lying and waisting their time ,hitting me, and taking my keys. I made him get a job to pay for the ticket. It took him 3 times hitting me ,3 tickets 3 court dates he had to appear in front of the judge to learn not to hit women!
My son pulled this when he was 16. what's crazy? I wasn't even going to whip him. I was taking his phone away. I grabbed phone he bowed up over me and called me a b word. he had me against the refrigerator in kitchen towering over me fist closed. so I smacked him. he slammed me into fridge. then called the cops. the officer seen a belt hanging over a chair. he told my son he can bend over take a whipping or go to jail.

When my daughter was 15 this exact scenario played out at my house. The two officers that responded spent 10 minutes explaining how hard it really was being a single parent. And that I deserved double the parental respect. It turned out to be a learning experience.

At the time.. my 13yo had smart mouth me. I gave her a tap on her head, She said I’m calling child services.. I replied Let me help.. I called out the #, No response! Then I told her ..I would call the Police & Have her removed from my house for causing havoc & disturbing Peace in my home…!! I didn’t hit my kids (I chose not to..I was beat).. After.. Her Challenges were Far & Few. ☝️… Teens can be very challenging.. Period!!!!

Spanking at 15 is a bit much, grounding or something. My mom tried to punch me once I held her arms back told her she was not going to touch me. But I never put my hands on her out of respect. Even though we had our differences. You do not hit your parents , walk our lock yourself on your room whatever but no hands on mom.
