I screamed bloody murder one time when I was having fun with my friends. to never screen in such a way unless you were being attacked. that's the problem with these kids sounding like they are being attacked. if it ever happens, would someone respond?
Playing outside, being a kid is natural. Screaming like a banshee and yelling is disrespectful to your neighborhood. I was raised on a farm, nearest neighbor 1 mile away. The ONLY TIME yelling was permitted was if someone was hurt. Screaming means danger. Re-visit the childhood fable " The boy that cried wolf".🤔🤔🤔🤔
That woman DOES NOT look angry or mean. She looks frustrated and she. Spoke to the father quietly and with respect. Remember. She is the ELECTED President of the association, and NO SALARY, and other members of the HOA complained about the children’s behavior. Therefore , she was only doing her job!!!

To me, these HOAs just give people a good excuse to push their weight around. Kids need to be kids and running and yelling are a part of that. If you don't want to hear them then you need to move where kids are prohibited... They can get carried away at times, but then you just ask the parents to have them keep it down at an appropriate hour of the night...🤔🤔🤔💕
I’m in a community with houses close together and it’s a nice Community and I love hearing the kids by the pool laughing and running and even screaming because it’s life. I’m 67 years old in June and I love hearing the children.

This is exactly why I would never live where there's an HOA. I don't want anybody telling me how to live my life how my children should behave and how many cars I should have. I'm not that nice of a person to want to deal with that everyday , and then to have to pay to be mistreated by my neighbors would definitely be a problem for them.

It depends on the time of night. Most places has a curfew. It usually is 10 pm for older kids. I am the crazy old lady who would hand out snacks and join. 👍

Eh, let the kids back outside. State and county trump HOA, and the noise ordinance for most places is 10 or 11PM. If the above Karen had her way, there would be no noise 24/7. Or, it seems, even children for that matter.
Depends on what those kids were doing as to whether they are judt children playing. Sometimes children are disrespectful of their neighbors nor their property. Perhaps a few questions should be asked of the HOA president and the children to find out what happened then act on the additional information.
