In olden days we would have put it in the milk box. For those of you of a certain range there used to be home delivery of milk and some dairy products and they were left in an insulated metal box on your front porch steps.

Many years ago, a friend went with me to a bigger city, Columbus, Ohio, 2 hours away. His wallet fell out of his pocket on apparently on sidewalk. The person found it, mailed it with cash in wallet to my friend, using the address on his driver’s license. My friend was very lucky that honestly person mailed it to him and didn’t use my friend’s credit card.

He went out of his way to return the wallet. Some people wouldn't do that. This is a good thing.

God Bless him for doing the right thing. He just tells the home owner I’ll put your wallet under the door mat. Introduces himself as a neighbor from down the street and walks away. I sure hope they thanked that kind gentleman.💕

I found a wallet in a grocery shopping cart at Shop Rite in Edison, New Jersey, last year. I took it to customer service and told her I found it in the shopping cart in the parking lot. She looked at me like I was insane.

Even without the Lost Wallet, you can tell, this old man was Not A Threat. But, People need to be More Open & Friendly with their Neighbors, so that They Know Who they Are, & so that Everyone Keeps An Eye Out on Everybody Else, so that they all can Feel Safe & Secure in Their Own Neighborhood.

That's the kind of neighbors that I have. We bring each other's pets home when they escape, they're always there if you are in the middle of making cookies and need a cup of sugar, will give a ride to pick up your car at the mechanic's shop. We are aware of each others health problems in case of emergency. My neighbors are the greatest! I'm very blessed to have lived here over 40 years 💕💕

😭God bless him. He's one in a million! Sad when you start watching a clip like this, in today's world you automatically expect it to be some one doing a bad thing. It truly is a shock when you see a kind, honest person doing the RIGHT thing instead of something horrible! I would give most anything for it to be the other way around! Maybe if we all pray hard enough, it will at least be that way for our children, grandchildren and great-grands! 🙏🏻💖🫂🥰🥺

How about 30 or 40 years ago or it seems that long ago, my father found a wallet loaded with cash at the time my father was running one of our nations, biggest businesses, who was the international! He was finally able to get a hold of person who actually owned the wallet! And then he found out his story. He was actually moving and had all his assets and that wallet which wasn’t that much but it was a lot and somehow lost the wallet in transit! He gave my father an address, and my father was actually able to mail his wallet back to him full of all the cash it had! However, another time my father and baby brother were driving down the road 1500 miles away from home at one of my father‘s offices in California and my father quickly hit the shoulder and instructed my baby brother to run back behind the car and get that bill. It was $100 bill just laying on the shoulder of the interstate my father used that bill to pay for their golf that day..

He's being good, honest, and neighborly...too bad we aren't all being how our parents and grandparents were. We can't help but be afraid of the craziest no more; but back in the day, people believed Gidore, and lived by their Bibke more. Now days, people are so lost, its hard to know whk you can believe in fir anything. 🙏 But, thus guy us just doing the right thing. Its knky strange cause we ain't git it how our parents and grandparents had ut, cause people won't yield to God.

the only reason this video is strange is because how many people actually return someone's wallet now a days. sad but true. they would take everything of value out of it & then toss. this man is one of the few who are still good in this chaotic world.
