There has been no coherent immigration policy update in over 40 yrs. Vance doesn't answer the question, he is misdirecting it. No one is taking about letting 100M in. The question is what to do about the 13M who are already here Provide a coherent policy that solves the problem and protects Americans. The truth is Rs didn't have such a policy or even an idea. They are enforcing the ancient policies which, by his own admission,, don't protect us.
