Geez imagine doing that for so long, you feel safe doing it with no gloves. Not me, I have burned my hands in viscous boiling liquid TWICE not wearing gloves. This person is a true pro. Idc if they arent wearing gloves, because in that thick sugary candy coating, nothing is going to be alive.

Looks like satay, the sauce looks like a sweet teriyaki type sauce. I’d say jerky but it’s too stringy and thin but it could be jerky too. What a mess though that equipment must be to clean up all caramelized with sticky sugar sauce.
