My friend runs a rescue farm in Howard County, Maryland. There is an African anteater there that loves him to death. When he sits with it, he must distract it somehow in order to leave. That animal is extremely strong, and could do severe damage to him if it wanted to. Seriously, he has to fool it in order to leave intact. I’d hate to take one on. Even in this video, the animal just seems to want attention.

That is a massive anteater. I cannot imagine the amounts of ants that it takes to feed it, and where do they get them? it seems really strong, or does it have tons of hair so the ants won't sting it?
