This guy had sex on his mind. He was a bona fide nut case. His role as mayor was largely ceremonial. He did not have the power to charge the school board. The porn he was objecting to were writing prompts in an advanced placement class textbook. Students' parents were required to sign permission should acknowledging there would be adult topics, but none of the objectionable prompts were required homework. A few yrs later, he was forced to resign after he attempted to ban ice fishing bc it promotes prostitution. Nut case, pure and simple. RW idiots keep posting this footage and firing each other up with it. They edit it down to make him seem reasonable, but he isn't. There are people like me pointing out how crazy he was every time it gets posted.
Shouldn't have ever been in any schools nationwide got the wrong ones in charge !
The book has writing prompts. Some are clearly would be offensive. Yet, none of those prompts were given to students as assignments.
