@Natilie I got one Back when we were kids , Living in Maywood Illinois Our house was about a mile from woods , A Veteran Hospital and a State Mental Hospital , I was the youngest of me and my siblings , 2 brothers and 1 sister. They would tell me we called the cops and they won't come. My sister four years older told me you call the police they'll come out for a kid , I was about 3 or 4 years old , Cop answered phone, I say someone is walking around with a rifle send the police , Cop would say : You people need to learn to handle your own problems , we can't be coming out there and handling your troubles. I said: Are you coming ? cop : Maybe we'll send a squad car around tomorrow or the weekend when were less busy.. I would hang up the phone and tell my sister were on our own , and being kids we would laugh to avoid feeling afraid.. and devise ways to defend ourselves if he gets in the house....
