Yes- as a retired postpartum RN- it is strongly advised NOT to eat raw fish/sushi if you are breastfeeding. If bottle-feeding, no problem. Newborns do not have immunity to the pathogens you can encounter. Not worth the risk! 😲

Now that is a great idea. I actually ate sushi and crab legs most of my pregnancies. My doctor said I’d be fine with the sushi and when she said that, it was like every single day!!! 🌺🌸
