No. she is in fact, NOT a genius. She could have added a few drops of water to baste the eggs. or wait a minute for the bottom to set before you flip, or... 👍🤔

just slow to the show sis. also splash of water onto pan then cover, steam makes egg tops cook whiteover without waiting done on own then end up burnt or chewy tough on bottom. new hack/= muffin pan, coat w/cook spray, crack eggs into cook 350 for 30 min. works on scramble, add fav omelette ingredients for ez omelette bites, sunny side or over ez, per adjust times😲

No she no genius. She only discovered a basted egg, but over easy is way better because the whites are fully set this way. Who would ever want runny whites

Add a tiny bit of water then cover. This will steam the eggs any way you want them. I make mine overeasy. The eggs turn out beautifully.

Add about a tablespoon of water, and it will make your eggs go from sunny side to over medium.And you won't be able to taste the water
