No way in HELL would I live in Arizona if I had school age children...unless I could homeschool them. Rare exceptions not e eryone can live in a good school district. I live 2 blocks from a BASIS and 2 other schools. Never hear a peep out of those kids. Arizona has to STOP letting Developers build several subdivisions and no schools or grocery stores post office near by. Much of the damage has been done already. Things continue to get worse.
