Do they have a mechanism to keep it from being deployed by a curious kid or a mean adult?

why couldn't the USA invent something like this for as much fires we had? oh I forgot this party is fighting DEI. our educational system is a dinosaur compared to overseas according to this administration. shame. these are great ideas that should have been implemented. however, this country is too worried about kissing billionaires tails for tax breaks than to help the American people. 🤔 let that sink in.

notice this is not a balcony it's flat up against the wall. it only opens up when someone pulls the emergency exit. in normal use it's just a gate in front of your sliding doors. if this is real I would like to see the procedure for resetting it.

So you're going to tell me that's going to rely on one person or one family up above they save your life below for the automatic button to save your life for the drop-down stairs how is that helpful what a thing home what if they're asleep what if the apartment is not anybody living it like it who's going to pull the switch then good questions

Does this contraption work from any floor. By that I mean if it’s pulled on the fifth floor. What happens to the floors above you? We know what happens to the floors below you when activated.

I'm with one of the other comments which said, they hoped nobody sticks their heads out of the windows when the fire breaks out. I believe there will be some headless people falling about 😳🥺😰🤨😡

That would be great on all high raised buildings! You must live in NY cause that's all your thinking about is NY. Man you're wrong for that! We all deserve as much life as we can get, not burning up in a building. The nerve! Just the people in NY⁉️ Do you know how many people die in fires these days? I would be ashamed of myself. Not just in NY.
