I'm a woman, I'm a first responder, I'm a nurse and if I see abuse of some sort I'm obligated to notify police. If she's going to pull this shit while he's literally defenceless because he was in the shower... he has every right to use necessary force to take care of himself and his children. Then call the police and press charges, then he has the tools to get a RESTRAINING ORDER ON HER! Because the house is the children's domicile, he gets to stay there with the children.👍

you brush your fingers on another person without their consent it's considered assault it happened to my granddaughter and she spent a night in jail. Furthermore, I had a very jealous suspicious boyfriend who accused me of cheating all the time and of lying when all I did was work two jobs, raise my kids, did all the groceries, bringing everything home on my bicycle. that was my transportation and still he accused me of cheating. so it doesn't matter if she accused him of whatever on the phone it could be anything and she could have imagined anything to give her a reason to assault him. or maybe she did see something but do not trespass the point of putting your hand on somebody else even your spouse. Just being mature and decide like this man is doing to move out to deescalate the situation and go from there.
