I don’t mean to downplay her effort, but if the container holds around 150 pounds of water, that’s well within the lifting capacity of many trained individuals. Considering I bench and squat significantly more than that, it doesn’t strike me as extraordinary—though I can understand why it might seem impressive to others.

let me tell you something people I don't know if you ever watched women's bodybuilders but most of them are a lot better shape than the man even a woman's wrestling so if you're looking to put down American women while you got another thing coming there's women out here that would whoop all the guys asses most of them at least and it's proven that they got more endurance and a woman that can spit out 10 lb children got to be a lot more ballsy than we are
I'm a American woman and could do this up into my 40's....I was a power lifter and could lift a 250 llb weight very easily....it takes training; but with training ( gradual and nutritional) it can be achieved.I stand 5'7" and was 185 lbs...very densly pact,but now that I'm 53 years old and with many injuries,including a fractured back- I had to stop.This woman is Indeed very powerful! 👍
