It's a dog sport called Tire Jumping or Tire Climbing. Clubs have been forming around this sport to raise awareness and stop dog fighting rings. Wow, amazing. That's probably something paint on to save their pads from the concrete. Personally, I don't think this has anything to do with dog fighting. Have seen many dog physical competitions where they have a similar height challenge.

if this is how to train your dog to dog fight then the police are fighting there police dogs because they train there dogs to do this also and I guess I was training my dog to fight when I would put his ball in the v of a tree and he would run up the trunk to get it and then have me put it up there again when we would play ball in my back yard. not everything that people do with Pitts don't mean they r training to fight good God people dogs love thus type of thing because they get praised and love and the dog knows that it can go higher for fun . people need to worry about there own pets and just because a dog is a Pitt don't mean everyone that owns one ore two fight them.
