Not only should he have won that case, but I think the city should’ve had to pay him as well as well as any court fees for wasting the court time
if the trees were his and on his property, he had every right to trim them.... the municipality governments are doing anything they can to get money from the public.... this is an example of why we're due for another civil war.... it's coming, it's just a matter of time.... just saying....
