I was ocean side in Kwajiln Marshall Islands the tide was going out, water from the lagoon was dragging us out we were700+ yards away from the boat. we were in 50 to 60 feet of water, we had to pull ourselves by hand using the corals to get back. as we were trying to get back we had 6 blacktip sharks circling us, my job was to untie the 2 anchors from the coralheads. as each guy got into the boat the sharks got closer and closer. I had to come up slowly as not to have my lungs explode, and now them sharks were within 6 feet, going under me and beside me. 1990 I was married at that time, so i really didn't care...R.E.D. U.S.M.C

I was touristing in Mexico once on the Pacific side.Got of my jet ski about a mile out. The swells were a couple feet high,in just a few seconds I was over 50 away from my machine,and getting farther and farther away. So happy to get back on my machine, plus there r things in that water that will eat you.
