We don't have these problems here in California however in the south there are plenty of white cops that talk like that (not all to be fair) to black men or call them "boy" assuming that they don't have the right or education to be doing what they're doing. However you can't break into or just walk into a Judge's office. There is too much security (armed sheriff's) for that so that's what makes this a Skit.
