Sometimes bad thingshappen to good people. If this was a fair court trial and indeed the corrections officer is to blaim for the unfair death of an inate, then justixe is served. If this is so, let this serve as an example a corrections officer must always be within the laws of conduct of a corrections officer.
The other correctional officers were guilty to some magnitude…just by the fact that they stood around and did nothing….they were very much complicit in the inmate’s death also…

Anytime an Incarcerated Individual is murdered in custody at the hands of the Law Enforcement Officers that are responsible for the Care, Custody and Control of the said individual especially while he is Restrained (Cuffed behind his back) all officers in the room should be held accountable for the Crime! The health care staff present should also be charged as they all took oaths to protect & Serve the public in good faith! This one incident Should serve as a warning that no one is above the law & no law enforcement officer is allowed to become so emotionally detached that he murders any person in his custody Inmate ordinary citizen suspected or convicted of a crime! If you can’t simply do your the job you were hired to do simply find another job! Stop giving officers passes & excuses for the behavior they themselves arrest People for daily! Again, No one is above the law Especially those charged with enforcing the law & End Qualified Immunity immediately!
