Looks like the re-entry of a rocket stage. Hopefully planned over open ocean (although not good for the fishes, either). These rocket stages should ALL be made to be recoverable, but of course, that costs mucho moolah. As lainches become more and more commonplace, some kudos are due to Branson and Musk for at least trying to fix this waste and its resultant environmental damage. Their motives are also likely only moolah, but at least leads in a positive direction.
