I think buses should just park diagonally across the whole intersection when they drop kids off ...that's about what needs to happen! should Not be able to just zip on by a school bus dropping off kids!

My opinion is, if anyone runs a through a bus stop sign, they should loose their license for awhile and have to go to driving school!

How....can you miss a big, yellow, flashing bus? Oh forget it. I have those same drivers pull out in front of a Ninja at 5:30 AM, because...they dont see 2 high beams and yellow marker lights coming. The drunks and druggies out to kill people.
i rode the bus once upon a time. it's a bad idea to walk in front of a bus and/or trust other drivers you can't see in the other lane. i would rather wait for the bus to pass and decide on my own when to cross. just because a law has good intentions doesn't mean it's a good idea

Children should be taught not to blindly believe motorists will stop or have faith in the safety system adults setup for them. Failures ocur. And that they must walk halfway and look to protect themselves.
Drivers are so involved with other things. I'm a crossing Guard and have almost been hit a few times
We bought an old school bus to turn into an RV & before we painted it (required by law) we took it for a ride. We were pleasantly surprised how other drivers treated us, thinking it may have had kids on it … so not everyone is this careless & entitled.

People don't care.They're in a hurry and they don't feel that the rules are for them. I was a crossing guard for 3 months and people would just drive around me even though I holding the stop sign up and was standing in the middle of the street. If drivers aren't going to stop for a crossing guard with a stop sign clearly held up.They're not going to stop for a stop sign from a bus.

I've said it once and I'll say it a thousand times. these buses need to change their routes so that they can drop kids off on the side of the street that they actually need to be on. don't make small children across busy roads and this will stop happening

Hey parents drivers are crazy out there. Part of bus crossing procedure is that the students WALK across the street, not RUN. Teach your little ones to only cross on the command of the driver, and WALK WHEN DOING SO.
