Shocked? 😆 Excuse me, nobody in the world is shocked by a college student doing weed, booze, and shrooms! I mean, hey, I went to college in the 1970s and we all did that stuff. What I'm shocked about is that rat of an RA calling the cops. We never did that in the 70s!
This is why you NEVER voluntarily consent to searches...whether traffic stop or in your home. Starts with Marijuana (legal in 40 of 50 states now)...but voluntary consent to search opened herself up to search for anything they could find to make an arrest which was the goal. She voluntarily opened the door....voluntarily let them in...then voluntarily consented for them to search her entire residence to look for any excuse to make her day as bad as possible.

No one should be arrested for possession of mj. There's more to worry about than mj. Do not allow entry without a warrant, close the door and get rid of your drugs, mushrooms and mj. & fake id.
I don’t know if there is a school policy to allow campus police or local police into your dorm room but if not her first mistake was allowing entry into the room as soon as she did that she gave the officer probable cause and it was downhill from there
