The system isn't broken it's working as planned. The systems design is to keep poor people poor and uneducated, how does it work? Let me tell you, uneducated people get welfare food subsidies etc as long as there isn't a man in the house , mom gets the kids and there is no dad, no dad means mom has to choose raising kids or trying to work to get out of poverty. Ergo, the people regardless of race stay poor and rely on the government and the kids are free to make bad decisions that puts them on the trail to prison, drug addiction and so on and let's not forget kids have babies to keep the system rolling.
