yes but leaving the kid in the car is actually illegal now, basically babies up to 9yrs states ages and times vary slightly. you get about 15 minutes. Repo guy didn't check the car tho so guy gets the car taken but repo guy can probably face time because he still needs to check the car. He could've left it on the rig and faced him but he ran without confrontation just to get arrested because of safety. Guy 1 is walking either way he already got it and repo guy may not face time if the child was unharmed.
