Definitely too much time to do nothing meaningful, it's always about the $ and who's allowed to make it legally. The Government legalized it not only to make money but to try to take over the market from people of color who have always made money from it. People of color cannot get a legalized license to sell in a business, if they do they have to have recognition and money.
