So dangerous and stupid. What if someone got stuck in the pipe? We have a hydroelectric plant by the Niagara Falls with a beautiful viewing area. However, they warn everyone with signs about the potential danger that area holds for swimming and boaters because of the intake pipes.
It is a metal pipe. there could be rusted edges or breaks that could cut you.
