sorta same thing happened in my town, guy went missing , and the last place was his home, and his roommate lost his mind and we'll, he unalived him and dis------ him. the guy that did it continued to live there for a week or 2 after it happened and family did a call check and bam 🤯

My trauma would of told me nope you stay out there let someone else check and when he said don’t go in there.. I would of just said okay cool! Then still called the cops because I’m not gonna be the next one “in there” the amount of crazy things I’ve been through

Nicholas Van Cleave 44 was charged with first-degree murder on May 5th he is accused of shooting his roommate then dismembered his body and placing his remains in trash bags inside the apartment in early may. cleave allegedly shot his 41 year old roommate identified as Richard Lavietes five times in the back of the head sometime between May 1 that's the murdering the victim the defendants and took the extensive and extreme steps behind the crime including this memory of victim's body concealing the remains in multiple places throughout the house and then concocting an average store to cover up his act of murder and about 9:00 a.m. May 2 a friend and coworker of Lavietes call police to conduct the welfare check on him if he did not show up for work . RIP

My oldest son and I worked at those town homes (Arcadia Townhomes) back . I never went back into the unit again after that. The management rented the unit like nothing ever happened.
