Looks like a mane' so I'm gonna say he is a sharp looking lil' joker. But I've ALWAYS wondered when dogs are barking if they are speaking(or barking) in the language of their country of origin? ๐ค This one in French, the Shepard in German, the Chihuahua in Spanish, and so on and so on!
