Looks like a mane' so I'm gonna say he is a sharp looking lil' joker. But I've ALWAYS wondered when dogs are barking if they are speaking(or barking) in the language of their country of origin? π€ This one in French, the Shepard in German, the Chihuahua in Spanish, and so on and so on! Oh, I know several that were born in the US of A that speak DOG-LISH. I just woke up and thought about that when I saw this one.
