These judges these days. Like her. Need to be disbarred! I get it. Dude owes money. But to take his last 20 bucks in his pocket is overboard!
You need to figure out a different way to do things. How the hell is someone supposed to make money to give while setting behind bars especially after losing your job because you went to jail. This is exactly why my wife and I agreed no child support if we was to have split because she knows I'd take care of my kids better outside the jail then having to go through all this nonsense.

I think it should be 50/50, no child support. He stated he takes her to school. we dont know what else he does. He may be great father and the mother just wants money. Could be vise versa...but I did notice the mother not in court. Usually if the mother wants to push for more child support for good reason or back child support she shows up.

lol men before you're put in this predicament at your 1st court hearing for child support. Do not admit that you're not the custodial parent; you can attest to that. They'll throw that at you and also for your first hearing for you to see your kids. If they have not let you, as they always do, attest to her (the mother). We as men as father's have a right. We're just not as privy to the information without an attorney.
The judge cannot legally do what she did. She may think she can but nope.

Most men I know give their ex wives thousands a month in chold care. Then they don't have money to live off. Then the ex gets a new man and pockets all the ex-husband's money. women nowadays suck.
I had a situation many years ago where my employment changed, I notified child support of the change and was told not to make any payments to my ex. Was told they had everything under control. What happened next was my drivers license was suspended without notification. My job required CDL. I wasn’t in arrears. Family court services are complete idiots.
