any of y'all that have younger kids in school know how heavy those backpacks can get. so kudos to that big puppy for saving that little girl's back. I've been a body worker for 30 years and I have seen more long-term injuries from those heavy damn backpacks. mostly full of stuff that they don't even need to be carrying back and forth and books that aren't relative to life so yay to the public school system!
