That is a Cassowary. Beautiful bird, but extremely aggressive and dangerous. This one has a baby with her (adorable), so these folks better stay out of her way and not do anything that she might interpret as threatening.
Better watch out folks those birds have a nasty reputation and VERY long and sharp claws
