Ummm…My kids had chores…3 kids..They had their nights each. Only the kids did the dishes at dinner. My husband checked them after.. if they weren’t done right??? He threw them BACK IN THE SINK AND THEY WASHED THEM AGAIN! He told them, “DO THEM RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, THAT WAY YOU WON’T HAVE TO DO THEM AGAIN!” That happened one time ! I’D LET THEM ALL STARVE—ESPECIALLY “DAD”!!! those ungrateful urchins need to be taught some respect for MOMS & the work they do. I’d LOCK AWAY ALL “DEVICES” during mealtime. If they have time to space out on their toys-they have time to help with chores—that includes COOKING & WASHING DISHES.
