We weren’t allowed to eat anywhere but at the kitchen table at mealtime. A snack was usually Koolaid and a homemade cookie.
A client of mine lost his grand daughter for choking on a chicken nugget while her mom was driving and when she realized that her daughter was choking she was already slumped over and deceased 😭 it was such horribly sad story that I couldn’t calm myself down over that story as I couldn’t imagine if it happened to one of my 5 kids! It ripped my heart apart
