I worked 40 yrs in aerospace industry. we had an area where the hangers were located called the 50 ft isle. if a woman could walk that isle without crying or quitting she had thick enough skin to work in this field. many a good woman quit. it was sad..back then no sexual harassment laws existed. but my hubby had passed at 38. from a head injury. I had a son to raise alone. I was not going to let a bunch if men cause me to lose a good paying job..so I gave it right back...eventually they left me alone. it still didnt keep me from trying to help many other women to learn to fight back or tune out the crude things said by these disgusting men...if only their wives or daughters could hear. long before cell phones could record the proof. it made it very hard for me to want to date again after my hubby passed..it took me 10 yrs. to get into another relationship. not saying all men are pugs...but the majority are!
