Now the window can't be used as an exit in a fire
To keep crazy people from escaping......馃ぃ馃槀
Apparently the guy who made the video has never lived in the hood! We had them on our windows and there was a latch that we could hit to open the bars if there were ever a fire.
Puerto Rico is been doing the for the longest. The problem with the US is that if there's a fire , everything is made of wood over there, you would die in there we're in Puerto Rico, 90 percent.Of houses now are made of concrete..
I don't live where they are needed. besides everyone I know is armed. if would be criminals think you are armed , they go elsewhere.
I don't want to feel like I'm in prison
that makes a piss poor fire escape. good luck. you can secure your windows without having to live in a death trap.
How do you get out of that window if you have a fire?
I would prefer not to live in a prison.
I've actually seen these windows while in the United States mostly on city houses.
I have them. You can throw your windows wide open and get breeze and not have to worry about home invasion.
They have security bars that actually have doors on them with little latches inside the house you just step on them and then the door opens and you can climb out the window. The neighbor lady has them because one night one of the neighbors come knocking on her door asking for help and the person that she was running from came crashing through the door and tore her house up tried to kill the lady in her living room And she was old and a little no one to protect her so she kind of freaked out and she put those on her house and a security door front and back, so not everybody can protect themselves, especially old people like old ladies who have no husbands so I always kept an eye on her and helped her out whatever I could took care of her yard for her
It's a fire safety hazard. No, I wouldn't put them on my windows .
Fire hazard, just saying
fires
Because...the USA was a safe country. NOW... Who the HELL knows now? We'll be like other country's with 10ft walls, fences, guards, dogs
yeah a family when I was a kid had them . when the house caught on fire they all died because they couldn't get out
we have the second ammendment
They exist in the us
Because most places in the US don't need the prison look. We have the 2nd Amendment, Castle Doctrine, and common sense.
in the us if you cover ur windows with bars its no longer an egress point (emergency exit) thats why
if you have a fire you can't get out the windows looks like it would be a violation
how are you going to get out if the house is on fire?
few dollars my ass with labor it would like 500 minimum
ROTFLMFAO, our 2nd amendment made bars on our windows irrelevant.FAFO!
I know a girl that can pull those out when angry.
Is looks so weak I could probably pull those out
we'll be moving
now it looks like youre in a prison every time you look outside
fire codes prevent it.
You'll be very happy with this installation right up until your house catches fire and your normal exits are blocked. Then, probably not so much.
because we have guns in the United States.
Excellent fire trap Especially for mother in laws and contractor
that's how people die in fire.
confirming it's gone getho
insurance companies may like it for prevention of theft.... but not for fire safety of people trapped inside.
my street sweeper shotguns loaded with 00 buckshot says my house is safe
we have massive 4x4s that would pull them right off 馃挜馃榿
It makes your house look like it鈥檚 in a bad area.
That would only be needed on all homes in the United States if we did not have the second amendment. we do use bars on windows at businesses because no one is there after hours but at home.馃馃槻馃憤 safety is for stopping crimes, preventing crimes, and we need safety to escape danger also. Just FYI
These are great but yet unsafe access to the out side of your home , just wait til you have a fire then your escape route is blocked so be careful
How do you clean the window with these bars on?? It would be a tough job to clean it through the bars...
Because there are a fire hazard
I see the bad guys use a car jack and bend the bars back .
That must be the grill for when the house catches fire and people try to get out that window
why we don't put those on our windows in America cuz he's a death trap the house ever catch on fire you can't get out of your windows that's why we don't have them on our windows
Well in America you gotta have the bars open in case of a fire 馃敟
Very useful in democrat controlled cities.
it's not that safe... if a fire starts and doors are inflamed or rooms are inflamed windows are your best bet. and let's be honest here if someone is gonna rob you; locked doors only keep honest people out.
Myers, make a prison for you.
