There should never be for profit, privately owned prisons. This is a guaranteed path to corruption!

This is why I am against for profit prisons! There have been cases where the police have picked up innocent people off the street with bogus charges, just to fill that bed in the prisons! They should be outlawed!

people that are in authoritarian positions should always get the maximum sentence for their crimes. a police officer caught tampering with evidence a politician taking money for his political campaign and put it in his pocket for personal use. a judge getting kicked backs by sending people to a for-profit prison. The head of a text agency in Washington DC was charged with having checks mailed to her and her people to get tax money to put in their own pocket. All of these people should get nothing less than the maximum sentence in prison. and would not be able to get any type of pardon from state or federal.
Racist, bigots are what is wrong with the world. Greed & profiting by one individual by persecuting another is immortal. That 'judge' definitely deserves to be incarcerated & fined heavily for denying individuals their rights. The observer of such actions gives the impression of justice in the most disgusting way. Regardless of skin color, ethnic &/or education background WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA deserve better.
