as long as you limit yourself what's the big deal?
I would be willing to discontinued some of these things one at a time to see if it made any difference in how I feel or how my blood tests come back. You never know if these suggestions would work or not so if they not extreme or dangerous why not try one?

the only two things I do drink on that list are coffee( 2 cups in the morning with breakfast) and iced tea a couple of days a week. otherwise milk (1%) or water.
