Alot of times those drinks Dean had with him were just props. The Gibson was a drink Dino would have in his hand which was Gin or Vodka with a pickled onion garnish but some times it was just water. It was all an act.

The humor was so simple and who didn’t love them…. My parents had it on every night & I could hear them laughing.. a couple times I did get a visual & I would laugh. Little known fact ( well according to Dean Martin’s family & every single person that knew him) so I believe I can say fact Dean Martin didn’t drink alcohol 🍷 ever..
