It appears to be a skit showing a guy who purchased a new exhaust system, but he had the guy he purchased the exhaust from act like he was throwing it out while he videoed it. He then showed the video to his wife so she wouldn't complain that he was spending unnecessary money...that I, I mean she could use to spend on makeup, clothes and shoes...😁😆😆😆

WAIT 'till I put the trash can on the sidewalk(public), THEN whatever is inside MY trash will belong to the PUBLIC ! (this applies to dumpsters & trash cans)
