It's really simple people. The delivery probably took forever. The " CUSTOMER " asked where's the hot bag. Driver says " I don't have one " "CUSTOMER" says we'll, I didn't order a cold pizza either. Take it back!! Driver didn't get a tip and threw the pizza on the ground. Case closed!!!

doordash doesn't normally even talk to the customer. normally it's just put out by the door and snap a pic. even when it isn't, they aren't the restaurant. you don't get to refuse delivery. disputes are through DD, not by "refusing delivery" when I was doordashing the only thing that would happen if you refuse delivery is that I would get free food. I would still mark it delivered by handed to the customer or snap a picture. hell there's even an option to say customer refused delivery in the troubleshooting section but we don't have to take it back. that would just be free food. this guy doesn't know how dashing works
