I bring my own pillows and comforter, and I clean the bathroom before I use it. I also clean and disinfect everything that I have to touch with my hands. I use shower shoes in the shower, and much more. I don’t trust that they are cleaned properly. Too much information on the internet.

Spray the pillow with Lysoil spray before putting the shirt over it. I just take my own pillow. I heard they dont wash the top bed covering.(bed spread/comforter)

Just clean the toilet like you would at home. Wrapping the toilet seat with toilet paper your arm just came in contact with the seat.
Put a shirt over your suitcase so it’s easy to recognize
Always bring sticky notes and put them on vents or anywhere that could hide a camera.
