I like to know what kind of judicial system would send a 7-year-old to prison for 25 years? A 7 yrs. The brain has not developed nearly enough to make logical decisions. This is so sad.

I was in juvenile when I was 12 and my only friend was an 11 year old who was sentenced to life at 10 years old. He had mental health issues and told his doc he was having violent thoughts and his doc doubled his dose of lithium....his name is Christopher Pittman...he doctor more than failed him and was never held accountable.

well I know he was only seven when he got arrested but that's really more the parents' fault than his fault cuz he's so young but the thing is though if he really was 7 years old certain 25 years that obviously means even if he's not in prison he should be in a psych ward or something and behind some kind of walls protecting everybody else from his psycho ass

You have no idea how bad some kids can be that the only option is to have them locked up. They are everywhere and can be very destructive and nonchalant. I hope he has changed and can fit in.
