I'm not really understanding what's going on did you hire that landscaper and you don't want him to come on your ground which doesn't make sense because why did you hire him--are you not the owner of that home and the landlord hired him? do you live in an apartment complex and the complex has hired them-- what state is this in?? yeah questions need to be answered for me to give an opinion--
