I had a patient and she was "extremely" ocd.. She ended up being the most sweetest lady.. When someone new would come it to work with her, I'd laugh cause she always did the extreme ocd behavior with them.. I was at work in another home and my two patients there was asleep.. My manager called me to say my patient wanted to see me.. I promised as soon as my shift ended I'd be there.. She passed away before my shift ended.. I loved her so very much and I really miss her.. She had been treated wrong her whole life and it truly wasn't her fault.. She was the best in my book.. ❣️✌️

working as a ra assistant in the dementia department at care Stone living center in Smyrna Georgia I didn't get as much TalkBack as she did but my demeanor and attitude definitely was just like hers I feel her pain she need deep in poor thing.....
So I’ve heard most black women can take that abuse better especially when money is involved . Since most black women grew up in a single parent household. Said the mother would talk to them like that. Only because she the (parent) is trying to live their life through the daughter and she isn’t listening well enough. Or they grow up to argue and challenge each other over men.

Definitely not for the weak y'all. I've been in healthcare for over 30 yrs in multiple positions and babyyyyyyy when I said they be trying you...they be trying you. I now work at the hospital and to me it's better because pts come and go vs nursing home and rehabilitation centers. I walk in like this getting ready to handle them 😂😁😭
