There is no way to measure the change in illegal immigration. We cant know how many people sneak in, because they snuck in. We dont know how many overstayed their visa because we dont monitor exits, just entries. I would guess that illegal entries and overstayed probably are down, but all anyone can do us guess. 95% is unrealistic.
